Parish Council Meetings

Agendas are published a minimum of 6 days before a meeting, both here and on village noticeboards.

The meeting minutes are usually available to read between one to two weeks after a council meeting. They are published on the website and Noticeboards and are initially in draft form before being approved at the next council meeting.

Copies of older minutes are available from the Clerk upon request.

Annual Parish Meetings

​

The Annual Parish Meeting is the opportunity for electors of the Parish to meet and discuss any issues of relevance to the Parish.

If the Parish Council Chair attends the meeting, he or she will Chair the meeting, but any elector and resident may raise any issue of concern. It is helpful if the Chair and Clerk are aware of these issues in advance, but this is not necessary.

If the Parish Council are able to help with the issues discussed, they will be added to the agenda of the next Parish Council meeting.
